During this challenging time, our goal is to keep everyone safe and informed while we navigate thru our response to COVID-19. We have re-opened our showroom utilizing appropriate PPE. We will continue to offer in-home consultations with the appropriate PPE, as well as virtual appointments. Even during this difficult time we are still here for you, whether you are an existing customer or a potential new one. Our office staff and design team are committed and available via whatever mode is most appropriate. We are proud to be a part of the Vegas community and together, we will weather this crisis. Troielle joined the House Of Window Coverings team in January of 2020 as Manager of Customer Service/ Show Room Manager. Originally from Buffalo, NY, Troielle has lived in Las Vegas for over 20 years and loves this city very much. Prior to joining HWC, Troielle worked in the hospitality/hotel industry and brings years of customer service and hospitality expertise to HWC. Customer service and helping people has always been a passion of hers. Troielle graduated from Centennial HS in Las Vegas with a general degree, and from there went to Bible College and gradated in 2010. In her spare time, she enjoys, hosting small parties and events at her home, writing, singing, and spending time outside..
